Food Truck Promotions (FTP) is seeking an experienced, creative, detailed oriented, energetic self-starter to work individually and collaboratively on the event production team. This is a fun, fast-paced opportunity to work from conception to completion on various large-scale experiential marketing activations for different brands in a variety of industries that span everything from fashion to tech. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, is hyper-organized, an innate problem solver, and is a great multi-tasker.

Responsibilities

• Assume accountability for defined client deliverables and ensure the highest possible quality is delivered
• Lead project execution from post-contract signing to execution and post-event recap
• Ability to create production timelines, comprehensive design decks, and run-of-shows to be shared with clients and internal team members
• Manage production timelines and workflows to ensure all deadlines are met from conception to completion
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for clients and produce one-of-a-kind brand activations
• Assist the sales team with determining project scope, plans, and budget estimates as needed for advanced client negotiations
• Source, contract, and manage new and existing vendor relationships
• Lead both internal and client status meetings on projects that are owned/assigned
• Be on-site for activations to assist with load-in and ensure smooth operations (this will include some weekend work)
• Review and proof all final creative assets

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in experiential or event marketing production
• Hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Collaborative spirit and comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
• Shows ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for bringing creativity and design to reality
• Availability and willingness to work weekends and travel for activations
• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop experience are a plus
