Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Sponsorship Sales Account Executive to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll drive revenue by selling sponsorship packages to technology vendors, enterprise solution providers, and AI innovators. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with engaged inbound leads and outbound prospects. This is a remote role with competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and performance bonuses.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 depending on experience
Commission: Uncapped, tied to sponsorship revenue sold
Bonus: Performance-based bonuses available
Full Health Coverage: 100% of employee medical insurance premium covered
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire sponsorship sales process from outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiations, to closing.
Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Source, qualify, and manage a pipeline of potential sponsors through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and event networking.
Client Management: Understand client goals and propose tailored sponsorship packages that align with their objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless sponsor experience.
Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately manage CRM updates, sales forecasting, and reporting metrics.
Event Presence: Attend HumanX (April 6–9, 2025, Moscone Center, San Francisco) to support sponsors on-site and deepen relationships.
Who You Are:
Proven Sales Performer: 2–5 years of sponsorship sales, event sales, or B2B solution sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue goals.
Relationship-Driven: Skilled at building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to your sponsors.
Organized & Goal-Oriented: Able to manage multiple deals and deadlines, while maintaining high attention to detail and focus on hitting targets.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering compelling sales pitches and negotiations.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn, and other sales enablement platforms.
